'Beginner Level
Beginner level courses are designed to introduce new divers to the fundamentals of diving. These courses provide the necessary skills and knowledge to dive safely and comfortably under supervision or independently within the scope of their certification. Entry Level Diver Embark on new underwater adventures with IDI entry-level programs, designed to open up a whole new world underwater! With each course, you’ll receive the highest quality of training, supplying you with the confidence to take more advanced course work that enables you to explore new environments. Advanced Diving Courses IDI training continues far beyond the basics! IDI has the highest training standards. Divers enjoy a worldwide reputation for being accomplished underwater explorers where each breath turns a new page in a journey into the unknown. Continuing Education Continue your education to explore new dive sites and equipment configurations undertake activities under the supervision of a Instructor. These courses allow you to build even more confidence and skill as a diver or learn a new configuration such as Sidemount or full-face mask while allowing you experience the excitement of learning more about the underwater world. Specialty Courses Instructors teach a wide range of specialized types of diving like deep diving, night diving, underwater archaeology, digital imaging, and much more. Just about any area of underwater interest is taught in a Specialty course. Safety & Support Training Safety and Support courses train divers in the essential skills to rescue, first aid, oxygen administration, and other skills that support diving operations like mixing breathing gases. Rescue Diver & First Aid These courses train divers in the knowledge and skills needed to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. Included are: assists, transports, surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore-based skin and scuba divers. Leadership and Professional Training Leadership and Professional Training prepare divers for roles such as dive instructors and dive masters. These courses focus on leadership, teaching techniques, and advanced diving skills, enabling divers to guide and educate others.
